Terms and conditions

The referred party must sign into a minimum 12-month contract for Lucidity's services, with a minimum recurring value of $2,000 per month to gain rewards.
Reward options include:

> $2,000+ spend per month: $400 Account Credit OR 1/2 day Microsoft Product Training course for up to 5 people (valued up to $1,000) OR UE Boom 2 > $4,000+ spend per month: $600 Account Credit OR 1/2 day Microsoft Product Training course for up to 12 people (valued up to $1,300) OR LG 32" Smart TV > $6,000+ spend per month: $800 Account Credit OR 1/2 day Microsoft Product Training Course for up to 20 people (valued up to $1,800) OR Apple iPad 9.7" Tablet

If your preferred reward is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative reward of similar value.
The referred party must be a totally new opportunity for Lucidity.
If a candidate is referred more than once by different referring parties, the first referral will receive credit for the referral.
Once a referral is received, a Lucidity sales representative will contact the referred party.
A referral reward will only be provided upon deployment of Lucidity services and the referred party's first month’s invoice paid in full.
The referral rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged.
If Microsoft Product Training is your chosen reward:

> Training will be provided by a Lucidity training partner > Training course dates are subject to availability > If either the referring party of the referred party wish to add additional attendees to the free training sessions provided, this can be done for an additional cost > Training courses can be provided in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington. If you are not located in one of these locations (or even if you are), live online training can be provided as an alternative.
